Director of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities
Ensure uninterrupted operation of core IT systems and services during the leadership transition
Provide senior oversight across infrastructure, applications, integrations, and data-intensive systems
Serve as escalation point for critical incidents, outages, and risks
Maintain system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
Oversee vendors, SLAs, renewals, and short-term stop-gap arrangements
Lead and coordinate IT staff, removing blockers and maintaining continuity
Ensure smooth documentation and knowledge transfer to the permanent IT Director
Out of Scope:
Long-term IT strategy or roadmap development
Major system replacements or digital transformation initiatives
Organizational redesign or permanent leadership structuring
