Director of Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of HL Integrations to lead our healthcare data integration initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of HL interfaces that enable seamless data exchange between healthcare systems, EHRs, and third-party platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HL standards (, v, CDA, FHIR), strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing enterprise-scale integration teams and projects. 

Strategic Leadership: 

Define and execute the roadmap for HL and healthcare data integrations aligned with organizational goals. 

Serve as a subject matter expert on HL, FHIR, and interoperability standards. 

Advocate for data interoperability and best practices across teams and with partners.
