Director of Integration

As the company continues to grow, particularly through external acquisitions, the Director of Integration plays a critical role in ensuring that new companies are seamlessly integrated into the APAC Pole. Beyond managing the integration process, the role is also actively involved upstream in the acquisition cycle, contributing to target identification, preliminary screening, and due diligence support, as well as advising on potential outsourcing or partnership opportunities. The focus is to enable informed decision-making and ensure that acquired companies are aligned with the group’s strategic objectives, operational standards, and long-term vision.
