Purpose

The Director of IT Operations will have a passion for delivering superior technology support, improving colleague and beneficiary experience across our services by ensuring they have access to the right equipment and right systems, the first time, every time.

They will have day-to-day responsibility for the strategic development of the business-as-usual IT portfolio delivering in line with the Technology Sub Strategy and Information Sub Strategy, ensuring Shaw Trust has an innovation first mindset and is digitally fit for purpose.
