Director of Longtail

Overview

Director of Longtail role at Clip. We are leading digital commerce software, payments and services in Mexico and are scaling our base of small and medium merchants by driving acquisition across Core Channels: Retail, Resellers and Field Sales. This position requires a highly strategic, execution-focused leader who will align channels with the Payments and GTM strategy and manage a large, diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition strategy and the P&L for Core Channels.
• Lead and develop a team of more than 150 people across three verticals:
• Retail: execute commercial plans with major retail partners; manage negotiations, inventory flows and in-store execution.
• Resellers: redesign the model toward a scalable channel enabled by technology (lead capture, funnel conversion, engagement and incentive models).
