Director of Maintenance at AircraftWorks

Lead maintenance excellence with AircraftWorks in Calgary, Alberta. As the Director of Maintenance, you will ensure safety, quality, and compliance within a multi-aircraft AMO environment.
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Vice President of Maintenance, and calls for a hands-on leader with substantial technical experience and strong relationships with Transport Canada. You will be pivotal in driving compliance with regulations and spearheading operational discipline to deliver high-quality maintenance results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Transport Canada relationship for approvals and audits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory safety and operational standards
• Set production targets and monitor AME performance
• Manage maintenance workmanship and training programs
• Oversee third-party work package execution and invoicing
Requirements:
• TCCA M2 AME licence and 10+ years of experience
