Director of Manufacturing

Our client is a global food consumer company who is expanding rapidly their multi-billion dollar food business. They are looking for a committed and passionate two (2) Manufacturing Director to be based in their Cebu site and Parañaque City site . This role will manage plant daily activities and ensures the on-time and in-full delivery of manufactured finished goods to clients, which are compliant to quality and safety requirements and the achievement of the financial targets of managed sites in Cebu and Parañaque. This role will report directly to Head of Plant.

Key Results Areas include:

• Achievement of Financial Targets thru effective management of resources
• Management of an Integrated Systems for Safety and Quality
• Promotes development of potential leader and talents in his own team
• Compliance in global manufacturing standard
• Ensuring that the efficiency of the plant in Cebu and / or Paranaque
