Job Description

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

+ - Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with Regent brand standards and hotel business objectives

+ - Position the hotel as an ultra-luxury lifestyle and hospitality destination within the local and international market

+ - Ensure all brand messaging, visual identity, and guest communications consistently reflect Regent’s luxury positioning

+ - Protect and enhance the integrity, prestige, and reputation of the Regent brand

2. Marketing Campaigns & Commercial Support

+ - Lead development of strategic marketing campaigns to drive awareness, revenue, and market share across Rooms, F&B, Wellness, and Events

+ - Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and Operations teams to support commercial initiatives and business priorities
