Director of MEL & Program Impact (Flexible)

Acceso is seeking a Manager/Director of Program Impact and Data to lead monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment across its programs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Acceso’s leadership and demonstrate the organization's commitment to improving rural livelihoods.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in program development and MEL, ideally within the agricultural sectors in Latin America, and is proficient in both Spanish and English.
