Director of Membership Operations at YMCA

Lead membership initiatives for YMCA BC as the Director of Membership Operations in the Lower Mainland. You'll drive growth, develop teams, and enhance member experiences across multiple sites.
In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll report to the VP of Health, Fitness and Aquatics.
