Director of Operational Excellence & Strategic Programs

We are seeking a Director of Operational Excellence & Strategic Programs, a senior leader capable of transforming global operations by integrating Engineering, Operations, and PMO excellence. This role requires a visionary with deep experience in Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Program Management, NPI, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma, Global Operations, and CAPEX/OPEX Investment Management. The ideal candidate brings a strong ability to lead multi‑regional programs, deliver measurable business impact, and drive organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise‑level Operational Excellence initiatives, including Lean transformations, productivity programs, and cost‑reduction strategies.

Oversee and execute strategic programs across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and PMO functions.
