Director of Operations

Our client is a leading drayage and logistics provider supporting major U.S. ports and import supply chain. As they expand internationally, they are building a back-office operations team in Bogotá, Colombia to support their growing business.
We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead the development, hiring, and management of this new office. This role is ideal for someone who has experience creating operational structure, hiring teams, and implementing processes from the ground up.
Responsibilities
● Build and lead Bogotá's back-office operations
● Recruit, hire, and train administrative and operations personnel
● Develop workflows, SOPs, and performance standards
● Oversee daily operational support functions for U.S.-based logistics teams
● Implement data tracking, reporting, and quality control processes
● Manage team performance, productivity, and professional development
● Collaborate with U.S. leadership to align processes and operational goals
