Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead daily operations across CNC machining, fabrication/welding, metrology, assembly, production planning, procurement, engineering, maintenance, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure delivery, quality, cost, and safety performance meets and exceeds expectations. Implement structured operational systems, KPIs, and shop‑floor accountability. Strategic Planning & Execution
