Director of Operations

The Operations Director is primarily responsible for ensuring that the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) plant in Montréal meets all commitments made to our customers, overseeing operations from order processing to delivery. They fulfill this role by maintaining all processes impacting the site's manufacturing operations at a high level of efficiency. They communicate a clear vision of the company's objectives and support the management team members in implementing the necessary actions to achieve them.
