We're looking for an experienced Director of Operations – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and process optimization across our RCM functions.
What You'll Do
Oversee end-to-end RCM operations (Front-End, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials)
Drive KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead and develop high-performing operational teams
Partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence
Identify automation, efficiency, and cost-optimization opportunities
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in RCM operations
Strong background in healthcare revenue cycle workflows
Data-driven mindset with strong financial and analytical skills
Experience managing large teams and multi-client environments
