About the role

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the country's operational excellence and operational transformation to achieve successful business operations. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to implement business transformation initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• With at least 10 years of solid managerial work experience derived from logistics, banking, manufacturing and financial institutions.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate and optimise processes and workflows
• Identify and address operational challenges, implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
• Manage and optimize large-scale operations with exposure to handling more than 1,000 FTEs
