Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations – Security Services to lead and oversee complex, high-risk security operations across Guarding and Cash Services during a period of operational expansion and increased risk complexity. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep operational, risk management, and crisis leadership experience, including exposure to hostile environments, serious crime threats, and coordination with law‑enforcement and government agencies. The successful candidate will be accountable for operational stability, professional standards, risk governance, and the controlled launch and scaling of cash processing and cash‑in‑transit (CIT) operations.
