Director of Operations

Woodside is seeking a fund accountant or administrator to be operations lead. Woodside is growing steadily in 2022 with new FO clients and new 2-3 new fund launches (Real Estate, MedTech, VC). Woodside needs to further develop its operations team to support this growth.
You will manage and execute administration of Woodside and the operation of our VCCs and sub-funds. This may include Corporate Finance execution activities. The candidate will deal with clients in an administrative capacity and also with multiple external service providers (administrator, custodians, auditors, compliance, IT, settlements). The candidate will also help with the recruitment of additional staff in the operations team.
