Director of Operations & Support

Geneva Call, based in Bogotá, is seeking a Head of Support to efficiently manage essential support functions including Finance, HR, IT, and Logistics. The position reports to the Country Director and works closely with HQ technical leads to ensure compliance with local legislation.
