Director of Operations
to lead all hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Events and Recreation Teams
Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
Lead and inspire department heads, ensuring alignment with Marriott standards.
Implement strategies for profitability, compliance, and service innovation.
Serve on the Executive Committee and report directly to the General Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
4+ years in hotel operations leadership.
Proven ability to manage multi-department teams and deliver results.
Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a pl...
