Responsibilities

As Director of Planning and Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving ambitious change across NHS Fife and the wider health and social care system. Working alongside Executive colleagues, clinical leaders and partners, you will lead the development and delivery of transformational programmes that improve quality, performance, sustainability and patient outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and serving as a member of the Executive Team, you will provide strategic leadership for planning, transformation, performance management, corporate governance and partnerships.
