Director of Policy at Planning and Development

Lead strategic initiatives at the Town’s Planning and Development Department as the Director of Planning Policy. Your expertise in long-range planning and policy development will guide municipal growth and direction.
This senior leadership role reports to the Commissioner of Planning and Development, focusing on the Policy and Heritage Division. You will manage planning policies, ensure alignment with provincial regulations, and oversee heritage planning while advising on legislative changes. Your leadership will also enhance team performance and meet the Town's strategic vision.
