A leading digital investing platform is entering its next phase of growth—and design is at the center of it.

We’re hiring a Design Director to lead, shape, and scale the experience for self-directed investors. This is a role for someone who understands not just great product design—but the mindset of people who actively trade, invest, and make financial decisions on their own.

You’ll step into a leadership role with an established team of ~10 designers , and a mandate to elevate everything: the product experience, the design culture, and how design contributes to business impact.
