Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term roadmap for our core CMP to keep Usercentrics as a global benchmark for privacy‑led marketing.
• Lead, scale, and inspire a high‑performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation with purpose, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, Design, and the Executive team to align on vision and delivery of high‑priority initiatives.
• Stay ahead of the global regulatory landscape (GDPR, DMA, CCPA) and market trends to turn compliance requirements into competitive advantages.
