Director of Product Management

As Director, Product - Operations, you will own product outcomes across the organization's post-booking execution engine from order management and project coordination through permit workflows, financing execution, installation, commissioning, and supply chain operations.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in a highly execution-driven environment, where product decisions directly impact throughput, cost efficiency, operational reliability, and delivery predictability at scale. You will operate across multiple product pods and business units, partnering closely with Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business leaders to frame complex problems, define scalable solutions, and navigate cross-functional trade-offs.
