Director of Product Management

**ABOUT THIS POSITION**

Waystar is seeking a Director of Product Management to join the team. Reporting to the Vice President, Product Strategy, The Director of Product Management will lead the Aware CDI team of product managers and ensuring that the company's software products meet the needs of customers and achieve business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, a strong track record in product management, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

+ Lead the product management team in developing and executing the product roadmap

+ Work with engineering, data science, UX design, and product marketing teams to bring new products to market

+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities
