Director of Product (Platform Intelligence)

In Achievers we are building the intelligence layer on top of the world's leading employee recognition platform. Our platform data captures peer-validated, real-time signals about individuals, teams, and organizations.

You will report to the VP of Product Management and work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

This role requires deep experience in core product management. Successful candidates will have directly led Product teams and owned product strategy. It is not intended for transitions from project management, data science, or other adjacent disciplines.
