Director of Projects

Switzel International is seeking a Director of Projects / Head of Project Delivery to lead all project execution across the organization. This role will be the single point of contact for all clients on technical and delivery matters and will head all technical and BIM teams across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Engineering disciplines.

Strong BIM experience and leadership are mandatory for this role, as projects are delivered through BIM-led workflows and digital collaboration environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the one point of contact for all clients on technical, BIM, coordination, and delivery matters.
• Lead and manage all technical and BIM teams across disciplines.
• Define BIM-driven project delivery strategies and execution plans.
