 Deliver excellent customer service keeping long-standing landlords happy, work closely with the Property Managers, Engineer, and support team to help them work efficiently and minimise issues, ensure the smooth running of the department whilst taking a proactive approach to planning the future of the business.
 Financial management including managing to a budget.
 Business Development including increasing renewals, new customer attraction, and improving Property Management team performance.
  Goal Setting: 
 Establishment and implementation of organizational strategies, goals and objectives to ensure efficient operations.
