Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain

Diamond Foundry is seeking a Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain to lead strategic sourcing and supplier network development across the Eurozone. This role will drive the setup and scaling of mechanical commodity procurement operations in a high-growth manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical sourcing expertise in machining and precision manufacturing, strong leadership experience, and a proven track record of building supplier networks and scalable procurement processes from prototype through mass production.This role requires 30% of travel 

Responsibilities

Operations & Supplier Set-up: Lead the end-to-end Greenfield setup of our supplier network. This includes identifying, auditing, and onboarding high-precision partners (CNC, casting, molding) and establishing the operational workflows required to move from prototype to mass production.
