A respected Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Director of Quality / Risk Management / Patient Safety to lead clinical quality, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives across the organization.

This is a highly visible leadership role working closely with the CNO, executive team, Board, and Medical Staff to strengthen systems, promote a culture of safety, and ensure survey readiness and regulatory excellence.
