Director of Real Estate Development and Investments

Lead impactful real estate investments in the Greater Toronto Area with a high-growth company. The Director role focuses on a $6B+ development platform with opportunities in purpose-built rental assets.
As a pivotal hire, you will report to the Vice President, Development & Construction, leading the assessment of development projects. You will work closely with teams and external consultants, managing all project phases from planning through to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive evaluation of purpose-built rental projects
• Coordinate with vice president and senior leaders
• Supervise projects from initiation to completion
• Conduct advanced Excel financial modeling
• Oversee capital structuring and economic processes
Requirements:
• At least seven years in real estate development
