Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA) for an In-house Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Summary

Is responsible for all aspects of therapy operations at the facility in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations.
