Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Residential IDD Services in Santa Fe , NM . The Director of Residential Services maintains a high-quality program to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This person is responsible for supporting the team with day-to-day operations and challenges to achieve programmatic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and train a team to support programmatic initiatives, goals, daily routines, and the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Manage team performance through effective communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and employee recognition
Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed
Develop and update Individual Support Plans (ISP)/Person-Centered Plans (PCP) with an interdiscipli...
