The Role

The Head of Retail will own Hypervolt’s inbound consumer sales operation—leading a growing team responsible for converting high-volume inbound demand into revenue. With an average order value of ~£1k, success requires mastery of velocity sales motions, data-driven management, coaching excellence, and deep collaboration with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams.
