Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

The Director of Revenue Cycle Operations (DME) is responsible for owning and scaling the end-to-end revenue cycle for a Durable Medical Equipment company, with a strong focus on Medicare, CGM, and insurance-driven workflows.

This role oversees billing, collections, posting, denials, appeals, payer operations, and documentation compliance, while building efficient, auditable processes that support scale, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership role—not theoretical RCM. The Director is accountable for outcomes, not just oversight.
