We are seeking an ambitious, highly driven Cluster Director of Sales to lead the commercial growth of our two distinctive Sussex based hotels located in Brighton and Chichester. This is a hands‑on, proactive sales leadership role focused on generating new business, building strong local market presence, and developing strategic corporate relationships across the wider group portfolio.

The successful candidate will be a visible ambassador for both hotels, embedding themselves within the local business communities while simultaneously managing and growing key corporate accounts, agency partnerships, and group‑wide commercial opportunities.
