Director of Sales

This elegant luxury four star hotel in Co Wicklow is a preferred destination for both business and leisure guests. They now seek a Director of Sales to develop, drive and execute the hotel’s Sales & Marketing Plan, thus achieving all annual revenue and profitability targets. This role will also be responsible for leading and managing the Sales department and driving a sales culture throughout the wider hotel team.

The ideal candidate will come from a four star hotel background with a minimum of three years in a senior sales role with experience overseeing C&E and Reservations/Revenue departments. Strong exposure to and familiarity with the wedding market is required along with the following:
