Overview Director of Sales Engineering (DSE) is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of the technical sales (pre-sales) organization.

Acting as the bridge between product development and sales revenue, they ensure technical teams effectively demonstrate product value to close complex B2B deals.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce release management and CI/CD pipelines , combined with experience scaling global Sales Engineering organizations .
