About the Job
The ideal Director of Sales & Marketing candidate is accountable for the overall management and is responsible for the Sales direction of One&Only Mandarina in Nayarit, México, ensuring the on-target sales goals achievement acording to Kerzner International .
The Director of Sales & Marketing duties include, but are not limited to, managing relationships and maximizing commercial opportunities with key trade partners, prospecting new accounts and seeking relationships with like-minded brands outside the travel sector (e.g. retail, fashion, automobile), leading and managing all day-to-day activities related to the sales and marketing function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationship that enable achievement of sales objectives. The Director of Sales & Marketing also develops and executes sales and marketing strategies across six strategic pillars: Campaigns, Partnerships, Consumer and Travel Agent ....
