Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Same position preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry

* Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth

* Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, digital marketing, market segmentation, and revenue management

* Experienced in handling Corporate, Government, Travel Agent, Event, and Social Market segments

* Able to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize hotel revenue

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team
