Beacon College Prep Director of School Operations Beacon College Prep opened in 2020 in the Raleigh community of Memphis with a commitment to providing an academically rigorous, purposefully structured, and joyful learning environment. Serving scholars in Kindergarten through 5th grade—and preparing to expand into Pre-K—Beacon is grounded in the belief that strong operational systems are essential to instructional excellence, family partnership, and scholar success.

Position Overview The Director of School Operations (DOSO) is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and executing all non-instructional operations of Beacon College Prep, including K–5 and Pre-K operations, to ensure the school runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The DOSO owns operational strategy, systems, and execution that enable high-quality instruction, strong family engagement, and a joyful school culture.
