Director of Service - Electronic Security/Low-Voltage

One of NYC's most trusted providers of Electronic Security, A/V & Low-Voltage system solutions is seeking a new Director of Service to drive & lead strategy, execution & operations! This is a key leadership position for a growing company focused on full scope oversight of service operations, contract retention & client experience. 

• Oversee service personnel, techs & operations involving service and RMR contracts throughout the NYC metro
• Projects involve Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm, A/V, Security & Low-Voltage systems
• Execute operational goals, scale metrics, RMR expansion & customer retention
• Establish, support, measure & track weekly department goals
• Train, mentor, hire & develop Technician personnel to match the growing expansion of company & department
