Director of Software Channels Research

Drive the future of software and ecosystem insights as the Research Director for Software Channels at IDC. This senior role involves strategic research and client engagement within a flexible, hybrid work model.
As a key member of IDC's Worldwide Channels & Ecosystems team, you will lead the Software Channels Research program, managing both program health and client inquiries. Your expertise in channels and ecosystems will allow you to craft compelling research agendas and deliver impactful findings at two annual Leadership Councils focused on trends and client challenges.
