Director of Sports Curriculum and Training

Lead the design of impactful curricula for youth sports programs as a Director of Program Curriculum and Training. Foster the development of athletes through integrated spiritual and sport-specific training nationwide.
As a core part of the Youth Initiatives team, this role oversees the implementation of the More Than a Game program and aligns sports training with national standards. You'll ensure consistency across experiences for participants, coaches, and volunteers while facilitating spiritual growth through sports. Work within the leadership team to drive the mission of nurturing young athletes in faith.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee curriculum for youth sports and ministry programs

• Update and manage resources centrally for easy access
