• Strengthen organizational capability in technology and data use through training and system adoption.
• Advise the Senior Leadership Team on technology opportunities and risks.
• Manage the transition from outsourced to in-house technology support.
• Ensure GDPR and SIRO compliance through technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and meet technology and data needs.
