Director of Training and Quality

The Training and Quality Director is responsible for providing leadership to team members and directing efforts towards effective performance management and delivery on standards. They are accountable for the performance of their team members through coaching, creating and maintaining development plans. They design and develop interventions to address performance improvement for both account service delivery and organizational needs.

Training & Quality Directors promote strengthening relationships through collaborative work with stakeholders. The goal is to reach maximum performance potential by removing bottlenecks for continuous improvement initiatives and focus on bringing baseline performance to new benchmarks.
