The Director of US Taxation will work out of the Toronto office, and oversee US tax functions for various subsidiaries. The incumbent will work in a variety of functions primarily involved in tax planning, consulting, acquisitions, research, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing US tax advice and guidance on operational, financial, and acquisition transactions to minimize tax exposure while maximizing tax and economic benefits.

Assist in developing and implementing appropriate tax strategies and planning initiatives to deliver significant tax savings.
