Director of Warehouse Operations

Position Overview: The Director of Warehouse Operations is responsible for monitoring and implementing the day-to-day operations within the company's distribution center. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and identify ways to optimize process and workflow to maximize efficiencies and facilitate the companys growth. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-focused mindset, be ready to take ownership of multiple projects, prioritize multiple goals simultaneously, be analytical and able to derive actionable insights from data. This position will be highly visible within the company and will require a high level of professionalism and objectivity. This position reports to executive leadership.
