Director of Wellness (Mexico)Our client, one of the most luxurious resorts in Mexico requires an experienced Wellness Director to oversee a large Spa and Wellness complex. He/she will be responsible and will oversee the large complex operation which will involve the opening of a state of the art Spa, large water sports and recreation facility. He/she will play a pivotal role in delivering and elevating the guest experience through holistic wellness offerings, innovative programming and exceptional service.He/she will oversee and lead the hollistic wellness strategy and daily operations of the Spa, Club and Sports & Recreation center including water sports.We are looking for a leader in the Spa and Wellness industry demonstrating creativity and management in previous roles as Wellness Director in International luxury hotel and resort environments.
